El salón  destaca este año la promoción y el fomento  de internet como una de las  principales herramientas de competitividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Tras  la  inauguración Gómez visitó varios stands y se detuvo en el stand de   Jamón Salamanca, que con su principal marca Valturra Ibéricos, participa   con un stand en el salón. Valeriano Gómez se interesó por la   elaboración del ibérico y por cómo la compañía salmantina está llevando a   cabo un importante proceso de internacionalización. Por ello, también   ha sido elegido por le salón para contar su experiencia China a través   de una mesa redonda sobre internacionalización que tendrá lugar hoy a   las 12,45 horas, en la que participará Verena Sánchez, responsable de   exportación de Jamón Salamanca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Jamón Salamanca firmó el pasado   mes de enero un acuerdo que le convierte en proveedor oficial del   Gobierno chino.
